ForBestLife ("we", "our", or "us") will operate the ForBestLife social media platform. This page explain how we will collect and use your data.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account Data: Name, Email, Phone Number, Username, Profile Photo
• Content Data: Messages, Posts, Photos, Videos, Live Stream content, Comments
• Communication Data: Chat history, Voice Call logs, Video Call data. Note: Calls are encrypted and we do not record calls unless you choose to record
• Financial Data: Payment info for creator earnings, wallet, withdrawals. Processed by 3rd party payment providers
• Usage Data: App features used, time spent, device info, IP address, location if you enable it

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

1. Provide chat, video/voice calls, and live streaming
2. Enable creator monetization and payouts
3. Show content from people you follow
4. Improve app safety, prevent spam and abuse
5. Send support updates to support@forbestlife.com.ng
6. Notify you about messages, calls, and live streams

3. DATA SHARING

We do NOT sell your data. We may share with:

• Payment providers to process creator earnings
• Cloud/hosting providers to store media and messages
• Law enforcement if required by law
• Other users - your public profile, posts, and live streams are visible to others

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Anything you post, stream, or share in chat is your responsibility. You grant ForBestLife license to display it in the app.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We use encryption for calls and chats. You can delete your account and data anytime by emailing support@forbestlife.com.ng

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ForBestLife is for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

You must be 13+ to use ForBestLife.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and password. Don't impersonate others.

3. Content Rules

No hate, nudity, violence, scams, or illegal content in chats, posts, or live streams. We may remove content and ban accounts.

4. Creator Earnings

Creators earn through gifts, tips, and ads. Payouts are subject to fees and minimum withdrawal. We are not responsible for payment provider delays.

5. Calls & Live

Video/Voice calls and Live Streams must follow community guidelines. Recording calls without consent is not allowed.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Our community is built on respect, creativity, and safety. By using ForBestLife, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

Treat others with kindness. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and discrimination will not be tolerated.

2. Share Positive Content

We encourage content that inspires, educates, and entertains. Avoid posting harmful, misleading, or explicit material.

3. Protect Privacy

Do not share other users' personal information without their consent. Respect everyone's right to privacy.

4. No Spam or Abuse

Avoid sending repetitive messages, fake engagement, or using bots. Report any suspicious activity.

5. Creator Responsibility

Creators should disclose sponsored content and ensure their streams comply with local laws and platform rules.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity.

1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your ForBestLife account at any time after launch.

• In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
• By Email: Send a request to support@forbestlife.com.ng with subject: Account Deletion Request [Available when app launches]

2. WHAT DATA WE DELETE

When you request deletion, we will delete:

• Your profile information: name, username, bio, profile photo
• Your posts, comments, likes, and messages
• Creator content and live stream history
• Payment/gift transaction history will be anonymized

3. WHAT DATA WE KEEP

We may retain some information for legal, safety, and fraud prevention reasons:

• Transaction records required by law - kept for up to 7 years
• Data needed to prevent abuse or banned users from returning
• Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you

4. HOW LONG IT TAKES

Once we receive your request after launch, deletion is completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at support@forbestlife.com.ng when it's done.

5. THIRD PARTIES

If you logged in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you may also need to revoke access in those account separately. ForBestLife cannot delete data held by third parties.

1. COMMUNITY SAFETY

We do not allow:

• Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Nudity, sexual content, or minors in live streams
• Scams, fraud, or spreading false information
• Impersonation of other users or brands

2. REPORTING & MODERATION

If you see content that breaks our rules at launch:

• You will be able to tap Report on any post, comment, or profile

• Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

3. KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SAFE

• Use a strong password and don’t share it
• Enable 2FA if available
• We will never ask for your password via email or DM

4. SUPPORT FOR USERS

If you feel unsafe or need help:
